VTE 4.4.1 Activation Problem

Hi all,

I install VTE 4.4.1 for make some test in my lab. When the system ask me the user and passwd for the activation I receive always the same error message: Login Failled (err. 02)

I check the login, passwd credential and are ok.
What can I do to fix it?
