Problem on update from 4.4 -> 4.4.1

Hi,
i upgrade my vte from 4.4 version to 4.4.1 versione.

The update is ok but i have two problems:

1 - I asked the smtp server even if it is already configured
2 - vte is locked on this error:
"There aren't updates for this version of VTECRM.
Please contact Crmvillage.BIZ if you think that this version should be updated."

Others have some problems when upgrading VTE?

$enterprise_current_build = '691';
$enterprise_mode = 'VTE';
