How to customize email notification in Assistenza clienti Module?

Dear all,
how Can I customize the email sent to the user when I open a ticket?
I have to include the Description of the ticket in the body of email.

select IMPOSTAZIONI (i suppose you use the italian version)
select GESTORE MODULI
select ASSISTANZA CLIENTI - Modifica
select WORKFLOW

if you already have a task delivering mail you can modify it.
In the first section you can filter by action. i.e. i've created different mails according to different status...
A mail is delivered "Only at the creation", a mail i delivered when the activity begins and a final mail is delivered at the end of the task.
Then in the second section you can modify or create the OPERAZIONE.
In this section you can create a mail and include all the fields available.
