PDF MAKER Related variable

I'm trying to make a pdf template for ticket module with PDFMaker. I putted the related Account name into the template ($R_ACCOUNTS_ACCOUNTNAME$), but when I try to export in pdf, if the ticket is NOT linked to any account PDFMaker print the variable name ($R_ACCOUNTS_ACCOUNTNAME$) instead of nothing.

This seem to happen to every related module's field.

Something wrong?

you can resolve this problem using if/else function

For example you can use the function in this way:
[CUSTOMFUNCTION|its4you_if|$HELPDESK_PARENT_ID$|=|$R_ACCOUNTS_ACCOUNTNAME$|$R_ACCOUNTS_ACCOUNTNAME$||CUSTOMFUNCTION]
