unable to access as Admin after update to 4.4.1

Good morning,
After update from 4.4 to 4.4.1 the user admin has desappeared and is appeared the user who accesses the site vtecrm.com.
Now I can not access it as admin it as a user who accesses to site.
The other users access fine.
I try to reset the password but the problem persist.

Solved. The problem was that you created for the user Admin, a user with a name that already exists.

I also had the same problem but I do not have admin user that has been transformed in the user's registration to the portal vte. This is a problem I can not even change the email user's reference why?

It may be that the email is already in use by another user. Or that your user name is double.

Nothing user is only my and by the way is an email that I used many years ago and I no longer use this thing is creating huge inconvenience
