Moving VTE installation

Hi
I have moved the VTE installation on a new server and at the same time I've upgraded to the 4.4.1 version

Now, when I log in as administrator user (was "admin" before) I get this error message:

I resolved by removing the only row from the table `tbl_s_morphsuit` of my mysql installation, next reload of the page will ask to reactivate vte...

when you say that you have remove the row from table, i not understand if you remove it from new or old server,
i have create a new vte in my local lan , and after install and activation the old server where i have all my data is now limited, so limited that i cant enter in setup to read mail server setting or sending a mail to a lead :(

now i try to move all db from old to new server, but i want understand where i must delete the morphsuit row.

Hi, I've similar situation just playing linux virtual machine (on vmware) on another host (my first one has crashed).
How it's possible that vtecrm see different hardware / installation on a virtual machine?
Do you think I can solve with same deleting?

I've deleted row from my installation.
It asks for activation, I insert my credentials and I've full access
Next login it write me the same message..
Have I delete the row from old or new installation?
Or maybe I can login with new and different user after the delete?

i removed the row in the morphsuite table on the new server and the software ask me to reactivate, try deleting both row from the tables : vte_wsapp and tbl_s_morphsuit

make a backup first...
