RE-Activation of VTE

After a period in which I had lost my password and after recovering the password :-) , i need to reactivate VTE and when i try to do this the system reply to me:

the page at address www.XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.it (the site where i have installed VTE ) says:
Impossible to contact the server.
If you want to send a reporting write to Questo indirizzo email è protetto dagli spambots. È necessario abilitare JavaScript per vederlo.
The only thing i can do is going out with button OK

How can I do to repair the installation ???

be sure to have the last version of the software, older installation can't be reactivated!!
