Upgrade 4.4.1 to 4.5 problem after upgrade

Hi,
i upgrade vte form 4.4.1 to 4.5 and i have some problemi ( on all my VTE)

1- on ticket: the mail reminder of tiket are sent 2 or more times for any change;
2- on contact: is not longer possible to combine the company to contact, not work.
