tryed now with php 7.0.33.
Downloaded vtenext19ce.tgz unzipped on my pc and zipped with .zip extension (my server does not support unzip .tgz only .zip)
deleted all files on the root server
uploaded file vtenext19ce.zip to server
unzipped
Database mysql deleted
opened: mydomain.com/install.php
next next....
no demo data...
