Hi. During the installation of VTENext 19.07 on Ubuntu Server 18.04, I can't go on because this error is displayed: "Database UTF-8 Support not enabled". I've not created any DB, i just installed Ubuntu, apache2 and php 7.2. How can I solve this problem? Thanks for your attention.

Probably the problem is not about the UTF-8 but that you can't connect to the db, try to set the server as localhost or 127.0.0.1. Also you can try in the cli if you able to connect to the db with the user and password given.

Hi,
probably the main issue is related to wrong credentials.
Also please note that if you are trying to connect using "root", in mysql 5.7.x, the root user can connect only from CLI within the server for security reason.
Please try using a different mysql user or create one for this purpose.
