Offering help for API

All

If anyone has problems understanding the API and what you have to do, I've just gone through the process of understanding. At the moment my connection script is quite small but I may pad it out as my needs expand but if you are confused on the API and have done like me and searched the forum for the word api and only come up with this post, then i'm happy to point you in the right direction and if it does get padded out, my script may make its way onto github to help out.
