Starting to get to grips with things on vtenext now, so my last major requirement is to get the trouble tickets set up. How do I change the templates that are used to go out to customers, or, how do I switch them off so I can set up a work flow to send them out myself (or can I not access the most recent comment in a workflow) ? And is there a way of defining a name and email address for the outbound emails as they seem to just go from admin@mydomain when i'd like it to be "Customer Care Team " ? Thanks for any pointers.
