Field Formulas - Age calculation

I'm trying to calculate an age based on the date of birth and the current date using a filed formula.

i want to express it in X Years, X Months, and X days.

I'm struggling because I can't figure out how to round/ trunk the numbers in the calculation as these functions are not available.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
