Hi, suddenly my vte 4.3 installation said all password are expired,
Now when I try to login it says:"La password va cambiata ogni 3 mesi."
I've tried the procedure to recover the password via email but it says that it was unable to send email and to contact the admin :-(
is there any way to reset the admin password ? maybe changing it directly on db ?

hi, you can convert your VTE FREE in VTE 10 users so you have:
- technical assistance for unlimited tickets
- software updating (from your version to latest version)

Hi but the application dont ask to you to change the password? this is linked to the expiration of the password every three months. But the application has to show you a new page where to change... didn't find it?

Hi, as written I've no way to change it. I can not connect using my admin credentials and the procedure to send an email to reset it, does not work.
So at the moment I have no way to reset or change it.
Ps. I do not understand why now I'm supposed to pay to have support for a bug of your product when since just few day ago all was running well and at least support on forum was free.
