Hi Everybody,
after the new VTECRM version was released (4.4), I cannot recive (or setup a workflow to do this) email assigment notifications when the ticket is assigned to a GROUP instead of USER.
It seems to permit only USER assigment on Workflow set-up:
IF -->Assigned to: (User) is ...
but I need this condition:
IF --> Assigned to: (Group) is ...
How can I restore this feature?
I've an IT team on my company and when a ticket is assigned to this group I really need that every member of this group is informed about this new tickets by email.

Restore ?
How can you restore a thing that didn't existed ?
Also in VTE 4.3.2 you cannot do this.
