Problema Installazione VTE 4.4.1

Goodmorning,
I'm trying to install VTE without success.
I tried to install it on 2 different servers (both linux), but when I click on INSTALL button at the end of configuration procedure, I'm not able to proceed:
Some DB tables has been created, but after few minutes the webpage show this error:
Errore 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET):

The server load is high and I'm not able to proceed. I'm sure about config parameters and php settings.

How can I debug or get the problem?

Buongiorno a tutti,
sto cercando di installare VTE, ma senza alcun successo.
Ho provato su due server diversi (entrambi linux), ma una volta arrivati al termine della configurazione dei parametri dell'installazione, una volta cliccato su "INSTALL" non riesco più a procedere.
Vengono create delle tabelle nel DB, ma dopo qualche minuto mi compare l'errore:
Errore 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): La connessione è stata reimpostata.

Il carico del server è elevato, ma non riesco a procedere oltre. Sono pressoché sicuro che tutti i parametri siano corretti, come pure le impostazioni di PHP.

Come posso andare a fondo del problema?
