Ticket form

Hello everybody,

i'm testing VTE and of course i'm a novice!

I'm trying to import a field from Company in the Ticket (maybe the name are uncorrect cause i'm using the italian language)
input form in order to know immediately whether my customer has a valid contract or not.

Is it possible?
