Limtation for my user

I have installed a VTE in my VPS and another VTE in another server.

At the first time i try to use the same VTE user, after i create another user.

Now when i log in my VTE in VPS appear this message:

Ci risulta sia stata installato un altro VTE Free per questo utente del sito. Alcune funzionalità saranno quindi ridotte

but i have 1 installation whit this user.

CAn you control?

I also had the same problem right now, it is limited to "user agent".
I do not know how to do ....
