Questions/problems on plugin outlook 4.4.1

Hi,
i've some questions and problems on vte plugin outlook.

I have this problem:
-I see that I synchronize, and then duplicates many events from outlook to vte;
-if i active manually synchronize i see events changed/new but i not see events deleted;
-auto synchronize does not synchronize all events;
-also synchronizes past events;
-What do the fields in red?.

I have the same problems on the tasks and contacts.

The use of this plugin is recommended or is it better to keep all of vte?
