Help ! can't login after upgrade

After upgrade ( really run all OK ) the sistem ask to login as same user of my account of this forum.
When i log the system tell me that my password is enought secure anf invite to click on forget pwd link.
A mail is sent to my adress with a link to insert the news password ( 8 char leng ) twice.
All work fine but when i try to enter whit same username of forum and new password, only come a message that tell me " must insert a valid user and password "

so i can't access to crm and need to know some data indeed :(

Anyone with same problem to explain me how i can enter ?

Added after more investigation:

If i open database i can see that no change happen to table vte_user when i change password, maybe is only a permission of a specific page, but where?

What happen if you enter the old username and password? Have you try to repeat the procedure of passw restore?

if i enter old nema and pwd ...i enter in the crm but a popup telle me that password not satisfy new policy
but if i push reset i can work... ( fortunately ) i i try to insert a news pass, enter twice the password but it isn write on db table, i think are one file whithout right permission but i not able to find it :(

Be sure to give apache all the right and permissions for all the VTE folder and files recursively.

I try to control every permission, it's a schema for type of right of each the folder?

i have discover this morning tha if send a mail from vte with one pdf ,
the file is not send .. and all files added in the document folderfor each
lead are lost :(
