Task Workflow from Ticket assigend to a group

Hello all, I have created a workflow on changing staus of Troubleticket. The workflow have 2 action:
1 sending email to the assigned user (a helpdesk group) and it works fine: each user of helpdesk group recive the email.
2 adding a Completed Task, but I didn't find this task anywere: no task in any helpdesk user calendar, non task in the account linked to the ticket.

There is something wrong? The workflow task works only if the entity is assigned to a single user?
