Configurazione webmail

Hi everybody, thanks in advance for all that can solve my problem.
Some time ago I've installed the 4.4.1 version of VTE but i can't access to webmail.

I've installed vte on Aruba server (I know it's a great error), and I've put all the data for mail configuration (smtp and imap).
The test mail is normally sent but when i click on webmail to enter on a mailbox, i got this error:

"Could not connect to the mail server. Please check the mail server details here"

Is there someone that have compared this problem and that have solved it?

Da qualche tempo ho installato la versione 4.4.1 di VTE, ma non riesco ad accedere alla webmail.

Premetto che mi trovo su server aruba (lo so, errore madornale) e che ho inserito tutti i parametri della mail correttamente (sia smtp che imap).
La mail di prova arriva correttamente (anche se come spam), ma quando clicco su webmail per accedere alla casella, mi ritrovo con questo errore

"Could not connect to the mail server. Please check the mail server details here"

C'è qualcuno che ha riscontrato lo stesso errore e che è riuscito a risolvere?

Thanx for your advice, i didn't know it wasn't a default service. I bought it for 3 euro, and now i'm waiting for the activation.
