cant believe Connection with VTECRM Network failed (error)

today i want to setup a new installation of vte for one of my customer...
i loose 3h of work to understand because my new LAMP installation give me this error :

Connection with VTECRM Network failed (error)

i deactivated my primary installation of vte which I reactivate many times before and i got the same error...

crmvillage problem??? :S

dont know what append, now activation work well for both installation...

I've the same problem in a new VTE 4.4.1 installation on our test server:
- erased old VTE 4.1 database (with phpmyadmin, it had just demo data)
- erased all /var/www
- reinstalled the newest VTE 4.4.1 source in /var/www
- completed all installation procedure without problem

but now a the the end:
Connection with VTECRM Network failed (error)

And the strange thing is that in our firewall's log we don't see any sort of traffic outgoing from our internal vte server.

Any idea?
