Login to VTECRM on client side

Hi all, I've installed VTECRM on my server (windows server 2008 R2).
I've tried to login at VTCRM with a browser on server side and everything works fine (http://localhost:8040/index.php?action=Login&module=Users).
Now I want to login with a browser on client side. What I have to do? Whici is the correct address to connect to?

I've resolved, it was the firewall that blocked non standard ports.
