many months ago, I've created a test user with agent permission to test some limit at the agents group.
today, i need to login in this account, but when try to login with test user vte tell me to reactivate the user, i go to administration section and reactivate the user, when i try to login i've the same message "L'utente è stato bloccato...ecc" and the user status, in the administration panel, came back to not active. (changing password don't resolve the issue)
