allegato su assistenza clienti

ciao a tutti,
nella sezione assistenza clienti posso creare un campo allegato? come si fa? non sono riuscito a farlo.

You have to use the vtlib (look at www.vtiger.com/products/crm/help/5.2.0/V...rCRM_5.2.0_Vtlib.pdf ) to add an attachement field, you can't do thath with the admin console. You also have to add some php code to HelpDesk.php similar to the Contacts.php file.
