Upgrade to VTE 4.5 - Not send Mail - Not access admin

hi,
after upgrading to version 4.5 I found the following problems:

1) I can no longer access the admin account. The system tells me: You must specify a valid username and password.
I checked the database and the user and password are correct.

2) The mail module not working properly. If I try to send an email by clicking on the address of a contact, the screen opens correctly, but I click send, the email part and I find no email attached to the contact.
If I try to send email directly from the module, the system gives me this message: UNDEFINED as attached image.
