We are thinking to change our VTE FREE application to improve it,
doing that we have a big question that need to be answered:
What is CORE in a CRM APPLICATION?
for example, Account and Contact for sure are core, but managing the PDF is a core? Or the Services in the price book are core?
Due to this topic, we are asking to the community what is core for you in a CRM?
