PROBLEM WITH ARUBA MAIL

Dear All,

i've installed VTE CRM 4.5 free version on italian provider Aruba server. The software works correctly but not the email system.

I've configured the email imap, I received the confirmation email about the success of the configuration but I can't receive or send any email in the folders that I set.

I tried with a Gmail account and works correctly; the problem is only with Aruba provider.
I asked the provider support opening a trouble ticket but they wrote me that the email imap configuration is correct and that they are not able to give me another solution.

This is the email configuration:

SMTP server: smtp.sitename.it
SMTP port: 25
SMTP authentication: YES

IMAP server: imap.sitename.it
IMAP port: 143
IMAP SSL/TLS: SSL

Could you please help me?

I tried again with Gmail but the outgoing messages was not send.

Thank you Dende. I tried to do tasks with my hosting (Aruba) but the system allows only one task, not multiple tasks at the same time. If I want to shedule more tasks I must delete the previous created task first and then I can create the new task.

There is a way to do more tasks at the same time installed on VTE 4.5?

p.s.: I tried to send email from the VTE mobile application for iOS and it works! So I can't send emails only from the web installation of VTE.
