Few days ago I reactivate VTE CRM Free 4.5. It work fine but last night the unexpected message: "Ci risulta sia stata installato un altro VTE Free per questo utente del sito. Alcune funzionalità saranno quindi ridotte."
There aren't other installations on the internet or on local machines for the same user.

Perdonate il mio inglese arrugginito, non ho occasione di parlarlo e scriverlo come la gran parte degli italiani e, immagino, degli utenti italiani di VTE che ci privano del loro contributo.

The system considers the last one as the right account. You should have activated it for a 2nd time, using the same credential, maybe to show the CRM to someone else. I suggest you to repeat the entire process and reinstall.
This is an international community, not Italian, so it must be understandable to everybody worldwide.

I reactivated it because expired annual license.
I can reinstall it, but can i restore entire database?

better reactivate the license, it should be renewed once a year (in this way we keep track of community partecipation).

Hi Matteo,
I agree. However you can not lock the system! I purchased a cloud user, but I suppose I can’t restoring my customizations, I think to leave definitively the project. It is not acceptable to use a software declared 'open source' who at any time can stop working. It is not acceptable read “I suggest you to repeat the entire process and reinstall”.

Hi Pasquale
I think there's a little misunderstanding. The system doesn't stop working: you can use it forever, the license refresh is required just for statistic purpose (we need to know how many VTE Free are active). Your first question was about license. The license is related to credentials, 1 registration = 1 VTE, but you can activate as many VTE Free as you want, simply by signing up again.
