I am not sure of what you mean exactly, but of course it is possible to create a Report that shows a list of Tickets by status, number, category, priority or whatever, or even distinguished by a key-field of a related module (such as: show me only Tickets related to Accounts with Type=Partner).
The wizard helps you to create step by step any Report, as explained in the Manual (chapter Reports and Graphs) here:
