Hello Marco, you have installed 2 vte with the same accout(vtecrm.com) and so the first was blocked. If you need more vte you have to use different account.

I have the 4.5 installed (I'musing the old version because at least with this one is possibile to login).

But still ther same message

i've checked on my website but i have only one installation for my account.

Today after about 1 month of good functionality ,
i had this new message :

Verifica la connessione a internet di VTE e rifare il login per sbloccare VTECRM

Please if you can , how i can find the second installation of account ?
I've only one vte4 installed in my webspace ( this is an shared hosting with other users ) .
