Import/Update & Update Field Value Using Workflow

Hi,

I just started evaluating the business version of VTECRM. So I noticed while doing field update using import that I am not able to map the Account No. and use it as a matching attribute for my update. I am using it as I know that this is a unique ID, so I'm sure that it will only update the intended ones. Anyone know of any workaround for this?

I though of creating a workflow, wherein it will pass the value of the Account No field to a new custom field I created, so that it will be available in mapping. However, I am not sure if I'm doing it right. I don't know if the Value field in the Task Operations accepts formulas. I tried inputting one but it doesn't seem to work. Any help?
