Connection with VTECRM Network failed (error)

please help me
I have a local server with a virtualized debian6 machine and vtecrm 4.4.1 that never give us a problem in the last 2 years. but from today I'm receiving the attached screen after login, and if I try to proceed with the activation, I will always receive the message "login failed (error 2)". I'm reporting two screenshots.
I have tryed everything even to delete the tbl_s_morphsuit content and to restore older backups with no success.
please help me to fix this!

i have same problem.
Using VTE 4.5 for the past two years, and every year I have to renew their activation.
I tried to activate but the system returns this error.
"VTECRM Network service fails to create your license (err 5)"
Please can you give me a solution?

Suddenly the VTE 4.5 CRM asked me to carry out the activation process. I tried to apply but when I enter the credentials I return this error.
