With this email we see that the latest activation was made on 20/04/19
Previously on 25/01/19
Every time you activate a new VTE with the same account/email, the older became inactive.

poiché l'inglese sembrerebbe una lingua poco adatta a far comprendere la problematica, le scrivo in italiano, la sua lingua madre.
Il vostro sistema di attivazione online non funziona. Restituisce sempre lo stesso errore: VTECRM Network service fails to create your license (err 5)
Avete fatto scaricare e fatto installare un software con una licenza open source garantendo l'utilizzo ma ogni anno pretendete l'autenticazione per il rilascio di una licenza.
Sono mesi che non riesco ad accedere ai dati della mia azienda e mi state creando un danno enorme.
Ora per favore può risolvermi il problema? anche a pagamento.
