Hello,

We are facing the permission issue in the process.

We have created a three-level role and have given read-only permission to Level2 role and Level3 role post that has created a process.

In Process:
If Level1 user creates the complaint then it goes to the next level(Level2) for approval post that if Level2 user rejects the approval then it again assign to Level1 user but in this case level1 user has no permission to do an action.

Please see below how we have given permission.

Level1: Level1 user can create the complaint
Assignment to Level2 User: In advance, setting section have given the Level1 user read-only permission and Level2 user have given read-write permission.
Assignment to Level1 User: In advance, setting section have given the Level1 user read-write permission and rest of users have given read-only permission.

Please find the attached screenshots for reference.

Thanks In Advance

Hello,
well, it's correct to set Level1 read-only permission when it's assigned to Level2.
If Level2 user rejects the approval you have to re-give read-write permission to level1 if you want the agent can do an action.
Auomatically, permissions will be disabled (default permissions will be nabled) with the end of the process execution.

Furthermore, I've noticed you connect the Tasks "Re-Assignment to Agent" with the start condition "Compliant Create/Update" Task.
This is not possible because the first task, the start condition is not a general condition where you can link other sequence flow, so I suggest you to insert an other condition after the start one.
