In the newletter statistic field i can see several erorrs like this:

Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /var/www/html/crm/modules/Campaigns/StatisticsChart.php on line 77

And newletter are not working.

Any idea?

Hi,
sometimes those errors are shown because the php version is not the best tat fit the software. Could you please tell us more about your environment? Consider that this are only warnings so you can safe configure php.ini to not show warnings and notice. When yo ugive us more info about your server configuration we can better investigate and fix it. regards

Hi, which version of vtenext is it? The update to VTENEXT 20 that fixes this problem is available.
