Hi,
I've recently installed VTENEXT CE and I'm starting to test it.

Is it possible, when creating a new ticket, to automatically set a STATUS (i.e. Open) and to hide / show any fields or sections?

Hello, yes, you must set the STATUS field as mandatory.
The first entry in the field will be OPEN

The status is a mandatory FIELD, but I cannot automatically set a STATUS (i.e. Open)
