VTE CRM version activation

Hello,

I just downloaded VTE CRM version from your site and want to launch it as a free version. Unfortunatelly system shows me error "Error server. Send a mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.". How could we active it to test?
What is difference between vTiger CRM and VTE CRM?

I just downloaded the installation for windows and installed it with XAMPP.
VTE CRM has different style then vTiger CRM.
OK, just some questions because I couldn't find answers to them on your WEB in English.
1. Do you offer CRM customization?
2. Which versions of CRM do you have? What is the difference in them? Prices? As far as I understand the FREE version is for 10 users only and for one year only. Is that correct or there are different conditions?

After ten there are these levels:
under or equal 20 users
under or equal 50 users
under or equal 100 users
up 100 unlimited
