Cannot Login on VTE 4.4.1

Today i can't login to my VTE CRM,
it says "Please provide a valid username or password"
The username is the same i always used.
I tried to change the password, but still fails to log in.
What can i do?

I dont know why, but on the admin account i think
that every login the server go to vte server for writing something
on it, and if cant connect to host we dont have permission for enter
IMHO

This is no way to do things.
I'v called the support and they want to be paid to solve a problem that they've created.
we did not change anything in our VTE installation, and we can't login
I've tried to activate a new one with a brand new user, but it doesn't authenticate either

I have the same problem...
