Hi,
you should give some more credit to your users to have already checked out the basic stuff like the internet connection! ;-)

However, in my case the problem was due to the browser: I get the error with IE but with Firefox it works. I did some quick investigation and the problem seems to be with the XML doc built as part of the activation request.

P.S. I am very disappointed with the level (lack) of support provided, I don't think I can afford to keep using the product if this is the standard...

Thank you for your reply.
I am a Linux Sysadmin so I can confirm you that I was connected to internet.
Could you please confirm me the right permissions for the folders inside modules ?
Is there anything that I have to do on the database before to try to send the registration request ?
More than this, why suddenly I was asked for a registation !?!?!
In thise case I am frozen, I cannot work on the CRM without solving the issue.
The support for this kind of issue is really poor !?!?!
Hope you can help me to solve the problem.
